Our sapphire wafers, produced in our factory

Oxide
Single-Crystal Substrates for Superconductor Use
We
have a lineup of oxide single-crystals to meet various production and research
needs. These include: SrTiO3, LaAlO3, LaGaO3, TiO2, MgO, Y:ZrO2, NdGaO3, LSAT,
MgAl2O4 (spinel). We can also offer bicrystal for limited substrate types.

LED-based light
